Students respond best to encouragement and praise. It is important that every child at Cardinal Wiseman feels that their positive work and efforts are rewarded, as this will encourage them to act in this manner again and instil high self-expectations.
A variety of rewards are available for students here at Cardinal Wiseman including:
- Merit points
- Good work displayed around school
- Students named in the Friday Letter
- Praise postcards
It is vitally important that parents are made aware of their child’s achievements; therefore ensure to log these rewards on E-Portal. At the end of each academic year students with a high merit value will be individually rewarded.
