The Annual reporting schedule is tied in to the Parents’ Evenings. There is usually a period of 2 weeks where the report template is available to staff. When teachers have completed the reports, Heads of Department are then given a draft to check for quality issues. These are expected to be completed within 2 or 3 days and the draft sets of reports are passed back to teachers for a full proof read and for corrections to be made if necessary.

The final print typically takes place on a Wednesday morning when the reports are collated ready for distribution to pupils on the Wednesday afternoon. The Parents Evening is then on the Thursday.
