Parents’ Evenings are held from 4.30-7.00 pm. Attendance is considered compulsory for all teachers of the designated year group. Parents are informed in advance of the consultation evening by letter and by ‘parent call’ on the two days prior to the evening itself.  Subject reports are also sent home prior to the consultation evening with a further letter of invitation to attend.

All members of the Senior Leadership Team attend consultation evenings. In addition to subject tutors the appropriate Head of Year will also be available to discuss any wider concerns.

Where parents do not attend the consultation evening and do not inform the school, a further letter will be sent home inviting them to contact the school to discuss their child’s progress.
