Student registration is a legal obligation.

Our means of Electronic Registration is through the use of e-portal:

Laptops should be set up before 8.50 am. Class teachers need to be in their classrooms following the warning bell at 8.45 am at the latest. (Access E Portal – Roll Call – For Today; choose the code for absent students and submit). A bell will ring at 9am to remind teaching staff that their p1 registration must already have been completed. Roll Call ends at 9.25 am and truancy class is sent out to parents when all p1 registers are complete. A paper register is to be completed by any staff covering a lesson during p1 and this is then sent to the Office by 9.10 am. Teaching staff are to register every class they teach throughout the school day, using e-portal or a paper register sent to the office if e-portal is unavailable. Formal afternoon registration is recorded during p4 each day.
