At Cardinal Wiseman we recognise the importance of ensuring that new staff are made to feel welcome and supported during their first year at Cardinal Wiseman. All staff are here to help new staff settle in and will assist and help in any way they can. If in doubt just ask!

Our aim is that all new staff will have an induction day prior to their start at Cardinal Wiseman. During this day all new staff will have an opportunity to meet with key members of staff who will priovide them with information as well having time within their department. This includes                                                                                                                       Safeguarding with Esther Short.                                                                                               Behaviour Management with either Dominic Kerr or Leslie Grant.                                       Schools IT systems with Simon Burley.

For those staff who cannot attend an induction day prior to their start date these meetings will take place once the post has been taken up
