If a pupils has an appointment. Pupil comes to reception at the agreed time to meet the person who is collecting them. Pupils are signed out under Shyvonne Tracy’s name.

If a pupil is ill. Pupil comes to medical room. An email is sent to the pastoral email to get permission for pupil to be collected by a parent/carer. Pupil is signed out – permission given by HOY.

Children are not allowed to go home unattended  ​
