Cleaning
We have an excellent team of cleaning staff very well led by Maureen Cullen, our Cleaning Supervisor, and over-seen by Tom Cresswell our site manager. Anyone who uses the school is invited to comment on the standard of cleaning plus any other relevant issues and to pass those comments to Tom Cresswell or to the head teacher. These comments are welcome whether they be critical or indeed complimentary. Staff are expected to have tidied the classroom at the end of the school day to enable Maureen and her team to clean the rooms within the time they have been allocated. Maureen has also asked that colleagues don’t overfill rubbish bags as they are impossible to carry to the outside bins. At the end of recent half terms, some of these have been so heavy it has been impossible to lift them never mind carry them.
